You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services offered.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any content from the ahyeon Platform without the prior written consent of ahyeon or the relevant rights holder. ahyeon reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where ahyeon has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the interests of other players.
Upon account termination for cause, ahyeon may withhold any remaining account balance where that balance is connected to bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or prohibited conduct. Where termination is not related to misconduct — for example, where ahyeon elects to withdraw services from a particular market — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

ahyeon may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
